On behalf of the Association, I am pleased to congratulate you and your staff on your excellent organization and on your support for our recent convention. In particular, the response by your staff to "last minute requests" was outstanding - always courteous, enthusiastic and immediate. Executive members, guests and delegates all commented on the excellent quality (and quantity) of the banquet and service. Meeting rooms were always prepared and met our needs perfectly. Right from the first day of planning for the event to the last day your support and willingness to accommodate our requests was greatly appreciated. Room reservations were well organized, efficient and accurate. Again, thank you for having us. It was a pleasure working with you to make this the successful event that it was. The Best Western Highland Inn is a first rate facility and I would recommend it to anyone.

Planning and implementing this type of conference is a very large undertaking and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have had such a professional group of people assisting us.
