The Pines
"The Pines" restaurant is casual and serves superb meals. In wintertime, the fireplace creates a very inviting feeling. Open from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily with featured specials. The menu has a wide variety of choices to please anyone's palate. The wine list includes domestic and imported choices. Children's menu available.
The Antlers
For a more intimate gathering, reserve "The Antlers" a semi private dining room adjacent to "The Pines". Sit back in comfortable wing chairs and enjoy a great meal. Take the option to order off the menu or have our chefs prepare a pre-arranged special meal.
The Atrium Café
The "Atrium Café" is located in our magnificent Garden Atrium, surrounded by lush tropical plants. The café serves continental breakfast Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and hot breakfast from 6:30 am to 11:00 am. On weekends, hot breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm daily. Children's menu available. On Sundays, the "Atrium Café" serves the best deluxe Sunday buffet breakfast in town with an array of scrumptious dishes including omelette and waffle stations. Breakfast buffet hours are from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Sundays.
The Oaks
The Oaks is a perfect setting for a family style dinner or to order off the menu. Seating available for 22 people. Reservations are required to book this room.
The Office Lounge
Visit "The Office" our cozy fireplace lounge with a colour television. Relax with a beverage and have a snack or a full meal. Variety of beer on tap and specialty drinks. Open daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, serving meals until 10:00 pm.

I come from a large family and have always enjoyed cooking. The Best Western Highland Inn & Conference Centre has given me the opportunity to cook and work for a larger family. I started as prep in the kitchen and have worked my way to breakfast line cook. The Executive Chef is an awesome instructor and has given me every opportunity to grow in the business. I also enjoy my interactions with the guests on a regular basis; we are a good size hotel in a small town and give the guests that small town hospitality.
